  3. Due to popular request, I am now providing a registration form to make
  4. life easier for those wishing to register. I encourage everyone not to treat
  5. this document in too businesslike a fashion.Feel free to put suggestions,
  6. messages, drawings, your dog's pawprint, or whatever you wish on the other side.
  7. I will not see your comments on credit card orders sent to Westworld.

  9. The nominal registration fee of JSREC is $15 US. The registration fee is on a
  10. sliding scale.  If in doubt, just pay $3. You can't go wrong by doing that.

  12. My bank that will accept foreign checks IF they are payable to "JOHNATHAN SMITH". 
  13. I will NOT accept foreign checks .
  14. Use the current exchange rate to convert US $ to your currency.

  16. If you want to receive the latest versions of JSREC, plus some additional
  17. shareware programs, you must register for the full $15 and also include
  18. a Shipping and Handling fee of $3.
